COMPANY PROFILE
Copyfree started as a small entrepreneurial venture in 1979 at a modest office in Alhambra, CA carrying and servicing only two brands. Since that time, Copyfree has established its presence as one of the foremost Canon authorized dealerships in Southern California. Through 30 years of experience and knowledge, Copyfree has become an industry leader in delivering superior customer service and providing innovative products. Our offices are currently headquartered in San Gabriel, CA.
As business needs have changed over time, so has our expertise. Over three decades ago, fax machines were state of the art in business communications, while photocopiers could do little more than just copy. As the photocopier market matured over time, Copyfree continued to establish itself by growing it’s product line to carry multiple brands and manufacturers including Mita, Sharp, Toshiba, NEC, Ricoh, Panasonic, and Okidata, just to name a few. Eventually, as the complexity of customer needs became the focal point of the business communications market, Copyfree decided to strategically target the best in class brand, Canon. Copyfree recognized the leadership position Canon had over its rivals in research and development, service and overall product quality. Since that time, Copyfree has been a major contributing partner in establishing the strength of the Canon brand in Southern California. Copyfree has received Canon’s “Top Dealer” award for the Western Region consecutively for the last 5 years. Copyfree is recognized as one of the largest and leading Canon authorized dealerships in Southern California by continually achieving top ratings in sales, technical service, and superior customer satisfaction since 1995.
Today’s global marketplace has raised the bar for electronic communications, and Copyfree, along with cutting edge technology from Canon, has led the charge into the fast-growing world of digital document management. Imagine a machine that is as dynamic as your daily needs; faxing a document, emailing it, and storing it to a server with the touch of one button. It's done. Want your machine to pop you an email when it's finished copying a pile of papers? No problem.
Copyfree currently services all of Southern California. Our customers range from small businesses to large corporations. We’re proud of being able to offer nimble and flexible services to fit any one of our customer’s needs.

What makes a Canon imageRUNNER tick?
These are just a couple of the thousands of features crammed into the copiers we sell.
Less is more: Canon's multifunction machines recapture residual toner from copies for reuse, saving toner. The result is simple: less toner wasted, less money spent on toner, less impact on the environment. Just more food for thought.
That's hot: The same principle of heat transfer that makes hot plates get so hot so fast is put to use in Canon machines to vastly reduce a bane to offices everywhere: warm-up times. The design of the printing mechanism, a thin metallic film that rapidly absorbs heat, warms up in a tenth of the time it takes conventional copiers, and cuts energy consumption by up to 70 percent.
